Lounge:
Patio doors to the front lead into a fully contained living room with a large L-Shaped sofa arrangement containing a pull out sofa bed. A large 42″ TV and separate DVD player will ensure you are kept fully entertained. With free standing coffee table & tastefully decorated throughout this is home from home by the beach! Central heated throughout & contemporary wall mounted feature fire will keep you warm & toastie even on a cooler night.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
Very unusual & a great feature of this caravan is its separate dining room & kitchen. The door from the lounge takes you into this area. With its well equipped kitchen featuring a full sized fridge/freezer, oven with 4 burner gas hob, microwave, toaster & kettle, together with all your cookware & utensils. You should want for nothing. Here you will find your WIFI router providing you with complimentary wifi throughout the caravan.
Within this area is your dining area featuring a free standing dining table & chairs.
Master Bedroom:
This larger than average room contains a king sized bed, wall mounted TV & vanity area. There is a door to a walk-in wardrobe providing you with more storage than you could imagine for a caravan. You even have your own separate en-suite WC with handbasin. Duvets & pillows are provided.
Twin Bedroom:
This can be configured either as two singles or by pushing the beds together makes for another double (as in the photos). Again there is a wall mounted TV & ample storage. Duvets & pillows are provided.
Family Bathroom:
Contains large shower, WC, Handbasin & plenty of storage & shelving for your toiletries.
Outside Area:
A parking Bay is provided directly besside the caravan. Behind this you will find a lovely sitting area which is South Facing for all day sunshine (Cornish weather permitting), with your own picnic bench & table. Your location provides perfect access to the nearby walkway which takes you down to the beach or the coastpath leading into Perranporth via the beach.

Just returned from a week at Perran Sands booked through Perran Escapes. Lovely mobile home with everything we needed. Great decking area and the addition of games for the children was a real bonus. Lots of space and great showers! Lovely location with a sea view from the lounge and a short walk to the beach path. We had a problem with the kettle and Sarah sorted it the next day. Great service. Lovely site and great location for Perranporth. Definitely recommend. Try the Victory Inn at Porthtowan. Food was amazing and fab service

had an absolute wonderful time at perran sands stopping in sarah and Paul’s caravan …
very spacious and were a family of 6 ,
caravan was lovely and tidy close enough to the haven holiday main park but far enough away not to be disturbed if you want a early night, lovely sunrise and sunset views just off the dunes behind and 15 – 20 minutes walk away
from The Watering Hole , will definitely be booking threw them again
