This is a recently-purchased caravan graded by Haven as “Platinum”. The caravan provides an excellent view of the dunes and has a porch with patio furniture. You’ll find an extra TV in the master bedroom, as well as a parking space next to the caravan.
For quick access to the site amenities, you can’t do better than our position on Perran Sands. Not only that, as one of the most popular stretches on the beachfront, it provides stunning ocean views just minutes away.
Graded ‘Prestige’ you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. Double french doors provide access onto the lavish veranda where you can enjoy wine whilst watching the world go by or simply keeping an eye on the kids. The decking also wraps around the side with a gate, making it safe for your ‘four legged’ members of your family.
The fully double glazed windows and central heating can ensure you are warm no matter the season.
Lounge
This open, spacious room has a warm, homey feel with two luxurious seating areas (one of which is a sleeper sofa), a free-standing coffee table, a contemporary electric fireplace, and a 32″ flat-screen TV. French doors lead to the veranda.
Kitchen/Dining
The stylish and well-equipped kitchen has everything you should need, including a full-sized gas oven and 4 burner hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster – even the necessary items such as tea towels! There is also a free-standing dining room table and six chairs.
Master Bedroom with En-suite WC
A double bed with blankets and pillows ensures a perfect night of sleep. Plenty of storage is available also, including elegant wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat-screen TV, and hairdryer to help manage the morning routine.
Twin Bedrooms x 2
Each room has two single beds, each with its own pillow and duvet.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a large shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside
From the decking, you can watch the world go by with a glass of wine in hand.

We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks with Perran Escapes. To be honest we were a little anxious about going away during the current pandemic but the caravan was immaculate, new bedding, cleaning products, sanitizer and had handsoap provided so immediately our minds put at rest. Great company to deal with, brilliant communication and to top it all we had great weather ☀️ Location was great too, no need to go out and about in the car, gorgeous beach on the doorstep and coastal walks, you can even walk to Perranporth. Thank you again for a great holiday 👍🏼
