18 Zinc is a two bedroom apartment offering self catering holiday accommodation perfectly located on Headland Road in Newquay within walking distance of the world famous surfing hotspot Fistral Beach and Newquay town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants.
This little gem is a modern apartment and has spacious holiday accommodation for families and couples laid out over one floor and enjoys an open plan cooking, dining and relaxing area with patio doors that opens out onto a rear balcony with furniture.
Internally 18 Zinc benefits from open plan living and two large bedrooms one of which has its own private balcony, and two bathrooms. There is a lift from the ground floor to the first floor.

LOCATION
From the apartment guests can either enjoy the sun and waves at the world renowned surf spot, Fistral Beach, book a surfing lesson or try out a range of watersports, like paddle boarding, kite and wind surfing, kayaking or coasteering with Rick Stein’s fish and chips afterwards, or just enjoy a drink at one of the beach bars watching the sunset.
Alternatively, walk the rugged coastline around the headland into Newquay town centre to shop, eat or just browse. 18 Zinc is in a fantastic location.

PARKING
18 Zinc does not have an allocated space in the underground car park. Paid Parking is available in the Dane Road public car park behind the Zinc building. Guests access the rear entrance door on the ground floor and take the steps up to the gate and into the car park.
