A two-bedroom pet-friendly caravan that is conveniently located on the beautiful Haven campsite at Perran Sands. This fabulous caravan, located in Piran Point, can provide you with a more relaxing vacation spot within the Perran sands resort which is very close to the dunes while being only a short walk away from site amenities.

This ‘Prestige’ caravan is 35ft x 12ft, fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Lounge/Dining

The living room is light and airy, with a natural gas fireplace and a built-in LCD TV. The L-shaped seating is spacious and comfortable, with additional seats near the coffee table. Pastel shades maintain an environment that’s both calm and soothing.

The dining area contains a table and chairs to accommodate four people, as well as an overhead outlet for light.

Kitchen

The U-shaped kitchen has walnut and cream cabinetry, a 60/40 fridge/freezer, gas cooker/hob with an extractor fan, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There are plenty of work surfaces and storage space for all your needs.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed with an upholstered headboard, ample wardrobe and cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom that includes both a wet room (WC) and basin.

Bedroom

The twin bedroom contains two single beds, a wardrobe and cupboard space.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a WC, sink, and walk-in shower with a thermostatically controlled temperature.

Outside

Outside the property, there is a decked area with garden furniture so that you can enjoy wine or beer while enjoying breathtaking views of the Dunes. The evening climate is warm enough for outdoor relaxation in this wonderful location.
