All double rooms are en-suite with shower, have comfortable bed and very good quality mattress. All double rooms have flat screen TV with built in DVD player and free WiFi. Skyline Guesthouse is situated in Henver Road in Newquay. Henver Road is the main road that leads into the town centre passing 4 beaches :Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne, Great Western and Towan.
Skyline has a bungalow frontage and is extended fully to the rear, offering guests not only comfortable, spacious accommodation, but also a generous car- park to the front of the property.
With just 8 guest bedrooms, we are able to offer our guests a pleasing range of comforts facilities, with the distinct advantage of individual attention and personal service.
All rooms feature a Smart TV with all the desired apps such as Netflex, Disney Plus, Apple TV, ITVx, cooling Fans, small fridges,hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Every room has a private bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries.

Skyline Guesthouse has a very prominent location as its just a short walking distance to beaches (Lusty Glaze and Porth), and only 15 minute’s walk to the town center and the railway station.
Newquay Airport is a 10- minute drive away.

Brilliant
Our hosts Agnes & Ghani were very welcoming and informative. Breakfast was exceptional . Our room was clean and cool during the hot spell with a fan if required. We had a great stay over 4 nights with more than all the facilities we could have asked for
A little out of town but we’ll worth the small inconvenience for the amazing hospitality and comfort.
Hosts were amazing; warm, friendly, efficient and considerate. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The dining room was beautifully arranged and the cooked breakfast was a wonderful added bonus. A little far from town but we’ll worth it!

Breakfast was great, Bus stop near by, space for parking, Agnes gave us excellent info for things to do. Very welcoming.
A comfortable & clean place to stay, with the most friendly hosts
Agnes and Ghani were so welcoming and never rushed us through breakfast which made for a relaxing start to the day. The food was lovely, with plenty of options and I really appreciated Ghani changing the way he cooked the mushrooms to cater to my fussy tastes! An upgrade to our room was a lovely surprise and we had everything we needed in there.
Thank you for making our stay so nice…we will definitely recommend you to family & friends.
We liked it all & have no complaints about our stay (except for the pretty awful weather which I can’t really hold Agnes and Ghani responsible for!!)

We booked as really wanted to go to Newquay and just hit it off from there! Great communication, exceptionally polite and clean and tidy and comfy and cosy!! Breakfast was so so good and was happy to add and change whatever you wanted! Very talkative and made you feel welcome and as if you you’ve stayed there before! Loved it. Would recommend to anyone!
