Our largest room, with a king size bed and sea view. In a separate area, there’s a day bed, which can be used for sitting or made up to make the room a twin or for your child. The Lyncroft is a lovely stone built Cornish house over 100 years old with views out over Fistral Beach and along the Cornish coast . We (Chris and Magda) moved here in early 2016 and have refurbished all the guest rooms to provide the perfect place to come and relax and enjoy the Cornish coast. We have taken our extensive hospitality experience and passion for travel to provide what we believe is important to you when you come to stay in our Bed & Breakfast, a friendly relaxed atmosphere, a good night’s sleep and a great breakfast.
Our rooms
All our rooms are fresh, spacious and well appointed. We have very comfortable beds and quality linen for a great night’s sleep. All the rooms have beautiful and modern en-suite shower rooms. The majority of rooms have sea views either over the golf course and Fistral Beach or overlooking Newquay’s rooftops towards the Cornish coast.
Our location
We believe we have one of the greatest locations in Cornwall. The Lyncroft is a lovely five minute walk across the golf course to the world famous Fistral beach, and five minutes in the other direction you will find Towan beach and the aquarium as well as the centre of town with plenty of restaurant’s, shops and other local attractions. Situated on the edge of town also means you can easily get out and explore a little further by car. The Newquay road train stops right outside too which takes you to many Newquay attractions like the zoo.

The Lyncroft do very well with the space they have. There is also a car park a bit further along the road.

Beautiful bed and breakfast , warm and amazing owners with the best cooked breakfast I have had, The Lyncroft is decorated beautifully throughout and it feels like home when you are there! Highly recommended and I will be back again!
Exceptional
This is a very lovely place: the room itself was very specious and cozy. Magda & Chris were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had.
The hotel is located in the heart of Newquay, 5-10 mins walk to any of the beaches and restaurants.
Felt like home
Everything was amazing, from the breakfast, to the room, to the location. Highly recommended staying here, Magda and Chris are absolutely lovely and have created a great b&b!
